In every month of July, we celebrate the Nutrition Month.
We all know that this month is special to us to know what is the importance of
nutrition and to encourage everyone to stay healthy. The theme of this year’s
nutrition month celebration is “Kumain ng wasto, maging aktibo, push natin ‘to!”
This theme means
that we need to eat the nutritious food to have a healthy body. Do not eat the
wrong food such as softdrinks, sweets, junkfoods, and fastfoods because it may
cause diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and more. We must choose our food that
we eat. We must take care of our health to have a long life. We need to exercise
everyday to strengthen our bones, to be fit and, to be healthy.
We must participate in this year’s Nutrition Month
Celebration to help ourselves to stay strong and to stay healthy. In our daily
lives, we must do this. Not even in Nutrition Month Celebration but everyday.
