National Disaster Resilience Month

In all natural disasters, through time, man needs to attach meaning to tragedy, no matter how random and inexplicable the event is. The theme of this year’s National Disaster Resilience Month is “Kahandaan sa Sakuna’t Peligro para sa Tunay na Pagbabago.”
